New Wolverhampton signing Lukasz Sowka is intending to base himself in England for his first season in the Elite League.
The 18-year-old will make his debut in the League when the Wolves take on Poole in the Elite Shield on the 19th March.
Swoka joined Wolves on the recommendation of club legend Adam Skornicki and impressed when he rode in the end of season Banks Olympique meeting last year.
The young Pole will travel to the UK on the 1st March for team practice at Monmore Green and he is aiming to base himself in the country.
He told sportowefakty.pl, "I am going on the 1st March for training In England, there I'll have my base. I am preparing my bikes for both the Polish and the English league already. I'll spend a large part of the season in Britain, sometimes there are 3-4 matches a week."
"Sometimes it will be good to return to Poland but maybe I'll just come back on weekends for the league. I intend to enrol at college in England to to improve my English."
