Elite League Eastbourne have given their number eight race jacket to 18-year-old Ipswich Witches rider Taylor Poole for this season.
The former Stoke rider joined Ipswich for their first season since dropping down to the Premier League will be available for the Eagles if they suffer injuries or absences.
Eagles’ co-promoter Mike Bellerby said to the clubs website:: “Taylor is an exciting Aussie prospect and I’m sure he will fit in well with our team.
“He’s ambitious and wants to ride for the Eagles. We look forward to seeing him in action.”
