Eastbourne's Joonas Kylmakorpi has had his application to host a testimonial at Arlington later this year accepted.
The Finnish International has joined the Eagles for a second spell in his career and he has been a long serving member of the British Speedway scene, over the last decade Klymakorpi has had ridden for Lakeside, Ipswich, Peterborough and Coventry.
Eastbourne's Mike Bellerby said to SpeedwayGP: “Joonas was approved for a testimonial meeting at the promoters’ AGM in November. He is still trying to work out what to do for that, and we are waiting for him to get back to us with a date.
"It is difficult for him because he has a lot of fixtures and commitments to fit his own meeting around and get some top riders there.”
