Bridger Returns To Eagles

Elite League winner Lewis Bridger has re-joined Eastbourne after spending a year away from the Sussex club.

The former British U21 Champion left on loan at the beginning of the 2010 season to join Peterborough but after a bad run of form, Bridger was included in a swap deal with Coventry part way through the season that saw him and Rory Schlein trade places.

Bridger came out better from the deal and saw his form begin to return for the Coventry Bees which earned him a Elite League winners medal and the end of the season. He returns to his parent club at Arlington where he will ride alongside the Eagles new number one, Bjarne Pedersen.
