Elite side Peterborough have changed the order of their team for tonights fixture against title chasing Birmingham at the East of England Showground.
Returning Norbert Kosciuch has been moved to number three in the team, after Number one Kenneth Bjerre was visibly cautious when riding with the Pole against King’s Lynn before the recent world cup break.
The pair collided while riding against King’s Lynn last August which resulted in Bjerre suffering a broken leg. The Dane missed the remainder of the season and it cast doubt over his Panthers future last winter.
Team boss Ryan Sullivan told peterboroughtoday.co.uk: “We all know there is some history between Kenneth and Norbert from the crash last season. It was just a racing incident but it appears to still be on Kenneth’s mind.”
Moving Kosciuch to number three allows American Ryan Fisher to move up to partner Bjerre at the head of the team, while new signing Krzysztof Buczkowski rides at number four.
Joonas Kylmakorpi, Dakota North & Patrick Hougaard all remain in their positions for the home fixture.
